Pakpattan: District Press Club, Bismal Arts Council Karachi, and Municipal Committee Organized a Mahfil Mushairah and the Opening Ceremony of Taib Nizami’s poetry collection Subh Qafs. The Poets, politicians, social personalities, Organizer of the event Syed Hassan Abbas Bukhari, President of District Press Club Syed Abul Hasan Shah, Patron General District Press Club President Electronic Media Chaudhry Zeeshan Siddique and Vice President Haji Yasin have participated. The ceremony consisted of two parts. The first round of Mahfil Mushairah was officially started by the famous religious scholar of Pakpattan Syed Qari Niaz Javed Bukhari with recited the Holy Quran. Journalist Omar Noor got the privilege of reciting Naat. Mahfil Mushaira was inaugurated by well-known literary personality, writer, and poet Muhammad Ayub Akhtar, presided over by teacher poet Sharif Sajid and Shahr Yusuf Chishti who came from Karachi. Poet Jamshed Kamboh, BA Witto, Professor Abbas Ali Arifi, guest poet Tanveer Sakhn from Karachi, Khalid Anjum Dogar, poet Patuki Naveed Azhar, and Kamal Yunus Faridi presented their speeches.
