In the Supreme Court Karachi Registry, Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa heard the case related to the ownership of Hindu Gymkhana.

During the hearing, the member of the National Assembly of Pakistan People’s Party, Ramesh Kumar, suggested that the details regarding the area of the land should be sought from Commissioner Karachi, and he should hand over the land to the Government of Sindh.

On this proposal of the Member of Assembly, the Chief Justice raised a question that he should tell any building in the city that has been preserved by the Sindh government. To this, Ramesh Kumar replied that there is the Governor’s House and the Chief Minister’s House.

The Chief Justice of Pakistan remarked that the public does not go there, so they are clean. Those who are in public places, let them know if anyone has kept them clean.

The Chief Justice said that after seeing the cover outside the Governor’s House, what is the situation, tell me any country in the world where there are containers outside the Governor’s House and the Chief Minister’s House.

He said that the time will come when the rulers will worry about the people, we are more worried about the Hindu community than you.

The Chief Justice of Pakistan remarked that you want to occupy, we will not allow it.
