Pakpattan: An elderly man committed suicide by coming under the Baba Farid train. According to the details, a person lay down on the railway track after seeing the Baba Farid Express train coming.
A 60-year-old man died on the spot after being hit by a train.
The victim has been identified as Liaqat Ali Jat of Chak No: 205 EB. The tragic incident took place near the railway gate of village 205 EB.
The villagers have said that the mental balance of a person named Liaquat Ali Jat was not good.
Rescue 1122 will be reported by local people.
Rescue 1122 has shifted the body to the hospital for necessary operations.
