Lahore: The presiding officer made the polling agents sign Form 45 ahead of time at the polling station 127 of the Punjab Assembly seat PP 149.
A protest was held at the polling station by the Sunni Ittehad Council workers. The workers said that why sign the form first, it is rigged. The workers raised slogans while protesting and the presiding officer also accepted the demand.
Presiding officer Iqbal said that time is short in the evening, so sign the form to save time. The Sunni Ittehad Council leader said that this was pre-poll rigging, so the presiding officer should be arrested.
After the protest, the presiding officer tore up the signed Form 45.
