Among the countries participating in the Camel Walk are England, Saudi Arabia, the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Sultanate of Oman, Bahrain, Canada, India, Morocco, Tanzania, Peru, Algeria, the Czech Republic, Pakistan, Tunisia, Austria, Spain, Burundi. , Senegal, Republic of Congo, Mauritania, France, Sudan, Chad, Angola, and Uganda.
The event, held for the third time in a row, entered the streets of Paris for the first time and passed the Eiffel Tower to the UNESCO office.
The event is organized by the French Federation for the Promotion of Camels in France and Europe to celebrate the United Nations’ decision to declare 2024 the International Year of Camels in Paris.
