Lahore: The leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and former provincial health minister Yasmin Rashid was taken from jail to Services Hospital under tight security due to her unwell condition.
Sources told Dawn TV and Daily Dawn that Yasmeen Rashid was shifted to the hospital due to breathing problems and a severe cough.
The former health minister was examined in a medical emergency where he was checked up by doctors of pulmonology and medicine. Dr. Yasmin Rashid was transferred to jail after the checkup.
It should be remembered that Yasmeen Rashid was diagnosed with breast cancer at the end of 2020 and she continued to perform her services despite suffering from the disease.
