Non-participation of Service Chiefs, Chief Justice, two Chief Ministers, and Governors in a joint address to Parliament

Islamabad: Not many guests attended the joint session of Parliament. Chiefs of Services, Chief Ministers, and Governors of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa also did not attend the joint meeting. Only Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Haji Ghulam Ali were present.
Apart from this, the Prime Minister of Pakistan-administered Kashmir and Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa also did not come to see the proceedings of the meeting.
Chief Ministers and service chiefs did not come to the guest galleries of the National Assembly, but foreign diplomats attended in large numbers.
Diplomats from the African continent, the United States, and the United Kingdom, including the Gulf countries, witnessed the proceedings of the joint parliamentary session.
