Varanasi: The Lok Sabha elections in India have heated up as Prime Minister Narendra Modi will face a transgender.
The current Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, who is a candidate for the third consecutive term as the Prime Minister and is contesting from Varanasi in the Lok Sabha elections, will not face a male or female candidate, but a transgender. Whose name is Hemangi Sukhi.
Mohandaleswar Hemangi Sukhi has been nominated by the All India Hindu Maha Sabha as its candidate and will reach Banaras on April 12 to start his election campaign after seeking the blessings of Baba Vishwanath, he will start the election campaign.
Hemangi Sukhi says that the condition of the transgender community in the entire country is pathetic. Not a single seat is allotted for it. There is no one to speak up for them and lead them in Lok Sabha and Assembly. I have turned from religion to politics for the betterment of the transgender community.
He said that he is not against PM Modi. Modi Govt has given the slogan Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, we appreciate it, but the Govt has forgotten ‘Ardha Nareeshwar’ (half female half male). We also want to hear this slogan, when will that day come? Central Govt Launches Transgender Portal But Do Transgenders Know About It? Those who are begging on the streets do not know that there is even a portal for them.
