Gorakhpur: In the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, a woman climbed an electric pole after an argument with her husband over her affair. Dawn TV English has quoted a report from India Today as saying that 34-year-old Suman, a mother of three children, was killed by someone. An affair was going on with the person and she was adamant that that person should also be allowed to stay in the house as her husband. Suman’s husband Ram Govind flatly refused to accept this demand, so there was a quarrel between the two.
After a domestic dispute, the woman climbed an electric pole to kill herself. This incident is from the Papraich area of Gorakhpur city. The police with the help of the electricity department pulled the woman down from the pole. She wanted to grab the high-tension wire but the police stopped her from doing so.
Residents saw the woman climbing the pole and informed the police. At the same time, the electricity supply was also stopped by informing the electricity department. The video of this incident has also gone viral. After the police removed Suman from the pole, she was sent home with her husband.
