The latest allegations relate to the killing of 20 people by unknown gunmen in Pakistan in 2020.
While India has not previously been officially held responsible for the killings, this is the first time Indian intelligence officials have spoken about the operations carried out in Pakistan, and detailed documents seen by the Guardian show There are allegations of direct involvement of Ra in these killings.
