Riyadh: Argentine star footballer Lionel Messi has modeled for Saudi Arabia’s luxury clothing brand Siyar. Lionel Messi, who plays for Inter Miami, is seen in traditional Saudi clothing. He wears a red and white shamagh on his head with a white turban. In the video, Messi poses for the camera and appears to be fixing a head injury. This is not the first time that the star footballer has done an advertising campaign related to Saudi Arabia.
In January, the Saudi Tourism Authority launched the ‘Saudi, Well Come to Arabia’ campaign at the global level and Lionel Messi was the ambassador for it. During his visit to Saudi Arabia in May last year, Lionel Messi along with his family visited 300 people in Dariyah. Also went to the old Al Tareef site. This place has been declared as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
