A blind Saudi citizen memorized the Quran by listening to it

Riyadh: Hafiz Salman bin Sabir al-Murghlani, who is visually impaired, has said that he memorized the book of Allah completely in five years after listening to it. He said that he did not face any difficulty in memorizing the Holy Quran. To master the ten well-known recitations, he used to recite them and practice adopting the same style. He said that he started studying the Holy Quran at the age of nine. Dad used to read the verses and I used to listen to them and try to remember them.
He used to read these verses many times after hearing them from my father, so when I remembered those verses, he would recite them to my father.
