After two decades, Erdoğan declared the municipal elections in March this year as his ‘last elections’

He was elected with a huge majority in the 2014 and 2018 elections, and in last year’s presidential election, he won after the second phase.

Istanbul: After two decades, Erdoğan declared the municipal elections in March this year as his ‘last elections’. He was elected by a large majority in the 2014 and 2018 elections and won the second round in last year’s presidential election. He termed these elections as a ‘blessing’ for those coming after him. He said that he would work on ‘transfer of trust’.
