Criticism in media on the film ‘Article 370’ made on ending the special status of Kashmir

London: Bollywood filmmaker Aditya Sahas Jambhale’s propaganda film ‘Article 370’ is being accused of being used as a political tool by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government in the upcoming elections. Also, the film based on false propaganda is being accused of distorting the facts and portraying the people of Occupied Kashmir as terrorists. Not only Hollywood and international filmmakers but also Bollywood personalities themselves criticized the filmmaker and the Modi government. The released trailer of the film also shows the role of Burhan Wani, who was martyred by the Indian army in Occupied Kashmir. While there, the Indian army, police, and agencies are also shown using force to confine people to their homes. The film portrays the freedom fighters of Occupied Kashmir as terrorists, while the film also portrays the character of Narendra Modi. ‘Article 370’ has been announced to be released on February 23 this month.
